By accepting this card, you agree to these terms and conditions. The loyalty card is facilitated through viva energy australia pty ltd abn 004 610 459 (“viva energy”).1. The loyalty card is only available to ahg customers who purchase and pay for: a) a new or used vehicle from a participating ahg car dealership between 1 april 2016 and 31 January 2022; or b) the service of a vehicle at a participating ahg car dealership between 1 april 2016 and 31 march 2019. Participating ahg car dealerships are listed on ahg’s website at www.ahg.com.au/shell-coles-express . Ahg reserves the right to change the list of participating dealerships at any time without prior notice. 2. The following service work will be performed as part of the $159 service offer: Engine oil and filter replacement (oil and filter included);.Safety and check report.; Battery performance test; Car tyre checks for wear, damage and pressure; Brake system check (front and rear); External drive belt inspection (tension and condition of belt); Vehicle lights check (brake lights, headlights, reverse lights and turn signal lights; Engine fluid levels report; Motor, gearbox and differential checks for oil leaks; Road test vehicle to check operation of steering and brakes. 2. The $159 service offer does not include any labour, parts or consumables, or other costs except to the extent set out above, including without limitation: Any work that is identified as required to be carried out as a result of the service; Parts or consumables required to be replaced as a result of the service, except as expressly set out above; Labour to carry out any additional work, including fitment or replacement of any parts or consumables. 3. The service technician will provide the customer with a written quote to carry out any service or maintenance work recommended to be carried out following the $159 Service. No additional work will be carried out without the customer’s prior authorisation. 4. The following vehicles are not eligible for the $159 Serviceoffer: Any vehicle subject to a Fleet program, being a vehicle that is managed by a Fleet company or is subject to a Novatel lease; Any 4WD vehicle; Any prestige or high performance vehicle, as determined by the dealership; Any vehicle fitted with a V8 engine (V8 vehicle);The dealership will confirm the eligibility of the vehicle make and model prior to carrying out any service work. 5.The $159 Service is not a manufacturer log book service or standard scheduled service. The vehicle’s log book will not indicate that any scheduled service has been carried out. The customer may discuss with the service advisor whether the $159Service is appropriate for the vehicle. 6. Non Original Equipment Manufacturer parts and consumables may be used in the service. 7. The customer must request the $159 Service at time of booking, and in any event before any servicework is performed. Bookings are subject to availability. 8. The $159 service offer is not available at the following AHG dealerships; at chellingworth motors, wangara volkswagen, Osborne Park volkswagen, Osborne Park chrysler jeep dodge, diesel motors, westpoint star, southpoint star or truck dealerships. Easyauto123, Daimler Trucks Perth, Bunbury Trucks, Higer Bus Centre, WA Hino, Welshpool Fiat Professional. 9. This offer cannot is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. 10. This offer is only available for vehicles booked for a service tobe carried out between 01/08/2018 and 31/12/2021. Heavy machinery – call to confirm if unsure; f. Non genuine parts and accessories quotes; g. Accident repairs; h. Manufacturer Capped Price Servicing; i. Quotes for mobile servicing; j. Quotes where the price is the result of an error by the competitor; 4. Competitor quotes must: a. Be from a business with a motor vehicle repair business licence located in the Perth, Rockingham or Bunbury area; b. Inclusive of GST and all tax; c. Be presented to the AHG Service Centre at prior to or at the time of making the booking. Offer cannot be redeemed retrospectively to services already completed or underway. 5. If the competitor quote does not include all aspects of the vehicle manufacturer’s scheduled handbook service, the service centre may not be able to sign off the handbook. 6. The AHG 10% Price Challenge is subject to compliance with the relevant service centre’s usual terms and conditions of trade. 7.
